Faculty

   The excellent stable highly-qualified faculty is the most precious wealth for college in modern times. Our college attracts talent intellectuals and organizes the systematic qualification training for teachers. The well-developed team consisting of highly skilled and qualified teachers full of responsibility has been established through five years’ painstaking efforts. There are altogether over 500 teachers in our school, over 50% of whom are professors or associate professors.
   The full-time teachers have made great achievements after further study and training. The team of part-time teachers is composed of well-known experts, scholars, professors, reputable writers and poets, pioneers of the key disciplines, the supervisors for Ph. D students as well as visiting scholars. Most of them have been awarded the provincial prizes for their research achievements, and entitled excellent workers and excellent college teachers in education, who have accomplished 40 scientific research projects and published over 300 papers.
   The college is making great efforts to improve the quality of teachers, focusing on the training of teaching abilities. The educational reform will be continued, the quality education will be carried out, and particular attention will be also paid to the professional improvement of teachers to increase the qualifications of our school.
